We have entered into an agreement with Google for the outsourcing of our data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

This website uses the »demographic characteristics« function from Google Analytics. By this means reports can be created which contain statements concerning age, gender and interests of visitors to the site. This data originate from interest-related advertising from Google as well as visitor data from third party providers. This data cannot be attributed to any particular person. Newsletter data
If you would like to receive our newsletter, we require a valid email address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and that you agree to receive this newsletter. No additional data is collected or is only collected on a voluntary basis. We only use this data to send the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

Newsletter2Go is a service that can be used to organize and analyse the sending of newsletters. The data you have entered for the purpose of subscribing to our newsletter are stored on servers of Newsletter2Go in Germany.
If you do not want analysis by Newsletter2Go you must unsubscribe to the newsletter. We provide a link for you to do this in every newsletter message. Moreover, you are also able to unsubscribe from the newsletter directly from the website.
Data analysis by Newsletter2Go
With the aid of Newsletter2Go it is possible for us to analyse our newsletter campaigns. Hence we are able to see e.g. whether a newsletter message has been opened and where applicable, which links have been followed. In this way we are able to determine amongst other things which links have been followed particularly often.
Furthermore we can ascertain whether after opening/following certain previously defined actions have been taken (conversion rate). Hence we are able to ascertain e. g. whether after opening a link in the newsletter you have made a purchase.
Newsletter2Go also makes it possible for us to classify newsletter recipients into various categories (»cluster«). For this purpose newsletter recipients can be classified according to e.g. age, gender or place of residence. In this way the newsletter can be better adapted to the respective target groups.

We have completed a contract with Newsletter2Go in which we obligate Newsletter2Go to protect our customers' data and not to pass it on to third parties. YouTube
